Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to bring our luxurious lingerie to your doorstep:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (€12.95) – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over €50) – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently do not ship to certain parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges

General Conditions
- Timeframe: 15 days from the date of receipt
- Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Packaging: Must be in original packaging with the delivery slip
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once their packaging has been opened:
- Culotte Gainante Ventre Plat (Shapewear panties)
- Boxer Gainant (Shapewear boxers)
- Sculptants (Shapewear items with opened packaging)

We will send you a return authorization within 48 hours with instructions and a return label (for returns within metropolitan France).
Step 3: Ship Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include the delivery slip. For international returns, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive your package, we will inspect the items within 3 business days.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed with the same speed as our express deliveries:
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeframe: 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the items
- Return fees: Deducted from the refund amount (unless the return is due to our error)
Exchanges
- We will ship the new item as soon as we receive your return
- Additional shipping fees are your responsibility
- In case of price difference, we will adjust the amount via email

If we made an error or there’s a manufacturing defect:
- We cover return shipping costs
